S=Shin

T=Throat

I=Instep

N=Nose

G=Groin

Throw attacks to all these points in a fluid way, moving from one point to another in milliseconds.

 

 

Once you do about 10 STINGs and 10 falls you are ready to practice Shadow Boxing use six of your own situations or six of the following situations.

 

 

  1. Someone grabs your wrist and is not letting go
  2. Someone slashes at you with a knife
  3. Two people are attempting to pick you up
  4. Someone hugs you from behind
  5. Someone chokes you from behind
  6. Someone hugs you from the front
  7. Someone tries to push you into a car at knife point
  8. Someone holds a gun to your head
  9. There’s a hijack in your airplane
  10. Your auto driver takes you onto an unknown path
  11. Someone pinches your bottom in a public place
  12. Someone flashes you on a lonely road
  13. You are being followed by two people
  14. Your vehicle is being followed
  15. 5 people stop your car
  16. You’ve scratched someone’s car and he’s hurling abuses at you
  17. A mad man runs after you with a machete
  18. You are walking in a road that has trees with falling branches and mad dogs
  19. Someone pushes you and you take a fall and finish him
  20.  Someone puts you on the floor and tries to rape you
  21. Your hands are tied and a rape is being attempted on you
  22. Someone attempts to sexually harass you by asking you out and holding your hand etc.
  23. You have broken an ankle and you are being mugged by two people
  24. You have broken a wrist and you are being attacked by two muggers
