How do you STING?
S=Shin
T=Throat
I=Instep
N=Nose
G=Groin
Throw attacks to all these
points in a fluid way, moving from one point to another in milliseconds.
Once you do about 10 STINGs
and 10 falls you are ready to practice Shadow Boxing use six of your own
situations or six of the following situations.

Follow this sequence,
close your eyes, imagine the situation, become enraged and feel it in your
body, suddenly open your eyes and Give it to Them! NOTE: you may use visual
or verbal tactics too.
- Someone grabs your wrist
and is not letting go
- Someone slashes at you
with a knife
- Two people are
attempting to pick you up
- Someone hugs you from
behind
- Someone chokes you from
behind
- Someone hugs you from
the front
- Someone tries to push
you into a car at knife point
- Someone holds a gun to
your head
- There’s a hijack in your
airplane
- Your auto driver takes
you onto an unknown path
- Someone pinches your
bottom in a public place
- Someone flashes you on a
lonely road
- You are being followed
by two people
- Your vehicle is being
followed
- 5 people stop your car
- You’ve scratched
someone’s car and he’s hurling abuses at you
- A mad man runs after you
with a machete
- You are walking in a
road that has trees with falling branches and mad dogs
- Someone pushes you and
you take a fall and finish him
- Someone puts you on the
floor and tries to rape you
- Your hands are tied and
a rape is being attempted on you
- Someone attempts to
sexually harass you by asking you out and holding your hand etc.
- You have broken an ankle
and you are being mugged by two people
- You have broken a wrist
and you are being attacked by two muggers
